"I've always been fascinated with people and how they tick; I brought that love of people in to how we run BT6 Resourcing. There are lots of recruitment companies out there and in a very 'full' industry we wanted to approach things differently.
Good people can be hard to find and even harder to keep hold of. When discussing reasons for leaving their previous role, there is a running theme amongst our candidates that is as important as salary, benefits and flexibility.
The human desire to be cared for, seen, and heard by one's employer is a profound yearning that transcends the boundaries of job titles and industries. It encapsulates the essence of what it means to have a fulfilling and meaningful professional life.
