With a particular focus on media and digital, Dan has developed a highly successful consulting company over the last decade and spends a significant amount of time assembling elite teams for internal and client teams.
Melissa brings a wealth of recruitment experience to our team; with 10 years in the industry she has developed and enhanced her talent acquisition and relationship management skills to a high level and enjoys managing the end to end journey from requirement capture, through to placement. Melissa enjoys spending time with her young family.

Holly is a highly successful entrepreneur, having built several of her own ventures by leveraging marketing and social media tools to great effect. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategy, planning and relationship management, contributing extensively to the group leadership team. Holly has overall responsibility for the resourcing business, driving strategy, sales, relationship management and operational delivery. Holly enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is a Reiki Master Practitioner.

Jazmin ensures that all candidate workflow is managed effectively, within the business, supporting the team in sourcing top-quality candidates for the open roles that we recruit for. Jazmin has a young family and is a keen equestrian who rides often.
Matt has successfully delivered people- and technology-based solutions to clients across many industries for almost three decades. He has responsibility for the group’s strategic development, ensuring that BT6 Resourcing is always leading the markets within which it operates and anticipating client needs to develop appropriate service delivery capability.

Nicola heads up the Legal and Insurance Desk for BT6 and has a keen eye for detail. Nicola specializes in roles ranging from Claims Handler and Paralegal through to Senior Management and Partner level. Nicola used to be a Veterinary Nurse and dealt in all aspects of care.
